Read your benefits guide.
Visit Your Benefits Resources (YBR) to read your new hire enrollment benefits guide. Visit Flying Together > Employee Services > Health & Insurance (YBR) for single sign-on or go to benefits.ual.com.
Get enrolled in your benefits.
Enroll online by visiting YBR, available through single sign-on at Flying Together > Employee Services > Health & Insurance (YBR) or through benefits.ual.com. You can also download and access the info through the Alight Mobile app.
Don’t delay in getting enrolled—you have 45 days before the new hire enrollment window expires. If you miss your new hire enrollment window, you’ll have to wait until the next Annual Enrollment period to elect benefits or if you experience a qualifying life event during the year.
United Airlines Benefit Center (UABC) representatives: If you have questions that can’t be answered by reviewing all of the new hire materials, this center is your go-to resource for help answering United benefits questions, year-round. You can use the UABC as a resource while you review your benefit options, but they are not licensed to provide recommendations on your options. Call 800-651-1007, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central time.
