We all need a little help from time to time. Whether you’re feeling anxious or depressed, experiencing grief, navigating life changes, looking to improve your work or personal relationships, or just want to feel better emotionally—Lyra’s got you and your eligible family members covered. United offers you and your dependents eight confidential coaching or therapy/counseling sessions per year, at no cost to you or your family members. Lyra will match you with the right care program for your needs and a provider who understands your unique background and identity. With Lyra, you also have access to on-demand resources and support like meditations, soundscapes, videos, live events and so much more.

Maven

Get virtual support for pregnancy and postpartum care. Maven provides 24/7 unlimited coaching with virtual visits and messaging with provider covering over 35 specialties. Dedicated Care Advocates can assist with creating a birthing plan, breast or bottle feeding support and navigating infant sleep. You will also find trusted support and guidance with a library of resources from classes to forums.

Hinge Health

Get support for chronic back, knee, hip, neck and shoulder pain. Fifteen-minute exercise therapy sessions are tailored to your condition and schedule.

Virta Health

Access a comprehensive program for prediabetes and diabetes reversal, diabetes management and weight management. Virta provides 100% virtual care and access to a dedicated health coach, continuous medical supervision and the Virta starter kit, which includes meters, strips and a connected scale.
